Lindsay North, Owner and Principal
Lindsay is a creative, analytical leader for social impact and systems change initiatives who is passionate about helping organizations and institutions monitor and evaluate their impact, learn, and adapt and scale policies and strategies to achieve their goals.
With 15 years of leadership in the social impact sector, she has helped organizations and institutions develop data-driven strategies and policies, evaluate progress, and use adaptive management techniques to create positive impact in some of the most challenging contexts around the globe. She has designed, managed, and evaluated hundreds of small grants in partnership with community organizations and local governments to help improve economic opportunity, empower youth, women, and underrepresented populations, and increase social cohesion.
Collaborating with colleagues and partners to create durable, equitable social change brings her joy. She firmly believes in community, not competition, and that supportive and positive, human-centered work environments lead to greater achievement.
Lindsay holds an MA in Development Studies from The Elliott School at George Washington University and a BA in English from Trinity College. In her free time, you can find her cooking, gardening, or caring for her animals at her small farm in the Columbia River Gorge.
